Rachael began her career in real estate on the commercial side of the business. Her love of real estate never waned, and she grew her knowledge base working for large retailer Williams-Sonoma in their real estate department and transitioning into the construction and space planning sector of the business. From jobsite management on large-scale commercial projects to downsizing office spaces during re-organizations, Rachael’s project management skills have been honed for over 20 years – finally culminating in 2009 with a graduate degree in Project Management from the University of Washington. Building on all of this experience, Rachael is able to guide both buyers and sellers through each real estate transaction on every level – from planning, staging, marketing and moving to local resourcing and post move-in expertise.
