Rachael Podolsky is an experienced residential real estate broker and leader in luxury.

While her office is in downtown Bellevue, she enjoys working with clients from as far north as Everett and Camano Island to the neighborhoods surrounding Seattle's growing business districts like Queen Anne, Magnolia and Capitol Hill - with the expansion of companies like Amazon and Facebook. With a passion for putting clients first, Rachael is known for her hands-on approach and expert execution. Rachael began her career in Real Estate on the commercial side of the business.

Her love of real estate never waned, and she grew her knowledge base working for large retailer Williams-Sonoma in their real estate department and transitioning into the construction and space planning sector of the business.

From jobsite management on large-scale commercial projects to downsizing office spaces during re-organizations, Rachael's project management skills have been honed for over 20 years - finally culminating in 2009 with a graduate degree in Project Management from the University of Washington.

Building on all of this experience, Rachael is able to guide both buyers and sellers through each real estate transaction on every level - from planning, staging, marketing and moving to local resourcing and post move-In expertise.

Rachael is unyielding in her professionalism, and she has earned several honors and accolades in her field. Among them, her CHLMS designation, which is the highest mark in luxury property marketing, demonstrating her savvy when it comes to listing properties for discerning clientele. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she is among only 2500 designees worldwide trained to bring global property transactions to her clients through a vast network.
